76er Victim of Attempted Robbery In Manayunk
The incident occurred on Christmas Eve, an article on ESPN.com stated.
Lou Williams, a guard for the Philadelphia 76ers, was almost robbed in Manayunk Christmas Eve, until the robber realized who he was, an article on ESPN stated.
"A guy tried to rob me but decided not to because of whatever I do in the community," Williams said in the story. "He's a Lou Williams fan so he didn't try to rob me."
Instead, the two headed to McDonalds where Williams treated.

Hmm well whats going to happen when a "nobody" (like myself) gets approached for a carjacking in Manayunk? This story only pisses me off.
