The long-time dean of the Roxborough Memorial Hospital School of Nursing died Jan. 6, according to her obituary.
Mary Patricia Nelson led academic affairs at the nursing school for 40 years.
A Gladwyne resident, she is survived by her husband, Thomas A. Nelson Jr; children Kimberly A. and Thomas A. Nelson III; grandchildren and great grandchildren.
