Presidents Day is a holiday that can leave some people confused as to what city services are offered and what ones are on hold.

Trash pickup, for instance, can make Philadelphia citizens scratch their heads.

However, according to the Philadelphia Streets Department, it's not so complicated.

For the Feb 18 Presidents Day holiday, trash and recycling will not be collected Monday. 

However, no one gets left in the cold. The collection day is pushed back. Monday's collection gets pushed back to Tuesday.
