Manayunk Dresses Up for Fashion’s Night Out
Main Street businesses participate in nationwide event.
Joining in with districts throughout the city, nation and globe, Manayunk invites shoppers to visit Main Street Thursday for Fashion’s Night Out.
Ten boutiques, gift shops, wine and jewelry stores will participate in the national event by extending shopping hours, offering speciality deals/merchandise or presenting special events.
Nicole Miller Manayunk, for examples, pumps out the beats with a DJ. Octavio Miles brings the runway to Main Street with a fashion show. And, Tag celebrates its 10-year anniversary with music, wine and snacks.
Additionally, some shops will remain open to 11 p.m. Thursday. The majority of businesses will participate from 6 to 9 p.m.
According to the Office of the City Representative, Philadelphia joins 500 cities across 19 nations in celebrating the fashion night. People can follow the action on Twitter @FNOPhiladelphia.
