Manayunk's New Sushi Place Does Lunch

Yanako debuts its lunch menu Tuesday.

Main Street can offer one more eatery for lunch seekers in Manayunk and beyond.

Starting Tuesday, Yanako begins serving lunch daily—from Tuesday to Sunday.

Chef Moon Krapugthong, the long-time proprietor of Chabaa Thai Bistro, debuted the new sushi restaurant at 4255 Main St. in July. The restaurant hosted a grand opening to spotlight its unique architecture and Japanese menu, curated by head chef Haruo Ige.

Krapugthong urged customers to pop in for lunch—she boasted of free WiFi and accessible counter space for those on the go.

The menu (attached) features $12 bento boxes, entrees from $8 to $17, and special sushi lunches priced at $15, among other options.

Lunch is available from noon to 3 p.m.
