Michael Jackson Flash Mob 'Merges' into Manayunk Arts Festival
New dance studio makes splash at arts festival.
Is there a better way to introduce your new dance studio to town than by holding a flash mob at its largest festival?
Christa Campbell, artistic director of the new , subscribes to that idea. Nineteen dancers converged on the Manayunk Arts Festival Saturday afternoon.
Spontaneously sauntering onto Main Street, the dancers, one-by-one, began performing a choreographed dance to Michael Jackson's "Billie Jean."

In addition to the flash mob, Campbell hosted an open house at her studio, located at 4047 Cresson St. She'll hold two more Tuesday and Thursday from 5 to 8:30 p.m.
