NBC 10: 'Dork' on Tape?

NBC 10, spurred by a tip from Patch, reported that Philadelphia detectives may have obtained surveillance video of the 'Dorks' who have , and their pocketbooks, of late with constant graffiti.

"It's sad that kids these days have nothing better to do," Stanley Tropiano, owner of Carlino of Roxborough, told NBC 10's Doug Shimell.

The police said that are motivated to catch the vandals, and are increasing patrols in affected areas.

"All of our officers are aware of it. These kids are ruining their own neighborhood," community relations Officer Charles Kline told attendees at a Wissahickon Neighbors Civic Association meeting last week.
