Patchfinder Rolls Through Manayunk
Patch's big, green news machine, the Patchfinder, appeared Friday at lunchtime.
The rains cleared just in time for lunch, and for the Patchfinder RV to stop in Manayunk.
Maudlin (South Carolina) Patch editor Shawn Drury drove up the coast this week, with stops in Maryland in the 23-foot on-the-go Patch-mobile. Friday morning, he visited Media and editor Courtney Elko, before hitting Main Street at about 12:30 p.m.
Patch editors and ad managers were on hand to give out tons of Patch gear—including, T-shirts, hats and bags. We lunched at Canal View Park on Main Street—across from Conarroe Street in Manayunk.
Thanks to local editors James Myers (Norristown) and Kyle Bagenstone (Upper Dublin), Main Line regional editor Lucy Bennett, and ad managers Ron Adams (Lower Merion), Allan Ash (Delco), and Nora Jemali (Bucks County) for saying hello and helping out.
