Goals Quick Fix Bootcamp has completely taken over Roxborough - and for good reason! Full-body, kick-butt workout taught by REALLY FIT and DEDICATED athletes...
funny - we run by "row zone" during class and never really see anyone there...

Dr Ted funny you mention that....... I'm the owner/operator of RowZone Manayunk. I live in Manayunk and I have run with Bryn Mawr running, biked with Cadence......never heard of Goals. But we like to partner with people in the area......good people working hard to get people in better shape.

yeah - I'm not doubting it's a great workout - I just thought it was odd that 100+ votes suddenly showed up on the "non-scientific" poll...

Very Suspicious......based on our membership #s and Facebook "likes" I figured we would be at 200+ by now.......hopefully we'll see a surge tomorrow before it ends. ....my wife and I bought this studio 6 months ago and we have worked really hard to get awesome instructors and we are beginning to see the progress.....we post our daily workouts on FB daily check it out @ http://www.facebook.com/RZMYK

RowZone Manayunk is an awesome training facility. We have great instructors that are either college rowers, high school or college coaches that have rowed at the "elite" level. As a former rower and Ironman Triathlete.......we focus on developing all levels fitness. check us out we have an absolutely awesome coaching staff and dedicated clients. We are on Facebook, Yelp, Foursquare....check us out.

I am really jealous of all that space.......looks like all you need is a couple of rowing machines :-) We set up a great circuit one time.....we moved all the rowers but two and we had an 8 station circuit......lots of fun.

Awesome Job Kasey. Sounds like we have some passionate folks working out. I am a very competitive person but, I'm no "elite" level athlete and I checked out your website.......looks like great stuff. Several of our instructors have competed at the world level as rowers and have tried to make the Olmypics. some of our best instuctors were just college rowers we really care about attitude.......its all about setting goals and working hard. good luck.......feel free to stop into RZ anytime. John
