Planet Fitness is on their way toward rehabbing a vacant car lot into a new gym on Ridge Avenue.
After neighborhood consent, the facility will approach the Philadelphia Zoning Board of Adjustment for changes at 6225 Ridge Ave.
The Central Roxborough Civic Association received Planet Fitness in December. Here is a copy of the plans proposed.
