It's on 76 Expressway overlooking the Manayunk Canal and Manayunk, just before Shurs Lane point of Main Street...scene of a nasty accident....I remember it like yesterday...they caught me red handed stealing that tire

Ha, Dennis is funny.
My guess is Flat Rock Rd looking NW to Umbria.

Want to see some old photos of Andorra, Manayunk and Roxborough? See what the corner of Henry and Port Royal avenues looked like before the shopping center and apartment complexes.

Michael, that site is great. The city adds more photos all the time. There are still a few locations of Roxborough I haven't seen photos of yet. Hopefully they will be added. Have you seen the 1800's photo of Flat Rock dam? It was wooden and had a breach in it. Or the greenhouse on Ridge and Domino that Ted Bundy's grandfather had owned and where Ted spent his teenage years. Same location, different photos, the model home for Green Acres. A single split level home that was supposed to be replicated throughout Valley ave and surrounding roads. Sadly not though. Only one street had them built, the 500 block of Paoli ave. The model home was torn down in 1972 and replaced with a bank now the Continental Bank. Thanks for the reminder of that link.
