This is right below the "Welcome to Main Street" sign at the fork where Ridge & Main separate. In front of the now movie theater.

They are, without question, the steps that go from Ridge Avenue down to Main Street. The top of the steps are directly across from the Wissahickon Train Station and lead to Main Street right by the CVS.
