Cannelloni, Lobster Tail, rum cake or Lace Cookies? Cafe Roma
If it's Pepper and Egg Bread, (or other stuffed bread) It's Marchiano's
If it's butter cake, pastry or pie? - Eiselens
Soft Pretzels? Tasty Twisters on Umbria
Quick Sour Cream or Boston Cream Donut with coffee? - Dunkin Donuts

Marchiano's takes it for baked goods. We live in Andorra ... so it's a quick trip to Chestnut Hill and Bredenbeck's is the place to go!! Award winning, beautiful cakes and the owner participates in all philanthropic activities. Donated an "original" cake to the Pancreatic Cancer Action Network Gala Night in April, 2011 !!! That makes them tops on my list.
