This is a group class for up to five clients. Before you can attend a class you must arrange for a personal assessment and equipment orientation with your trainer, Heather. Once that has been done, you can buy a package of lessons an use our on-line booking system to sign into the class. Call the studio for more information or to make an appointment for the assessment!
