Low Impact Fitness Class: Leverington Presbyterian will host a "Get Fit While You Sit" fitness class starting Wednesday at 6:30 p.m. and running for six weeks. Here's how the program is described: "Perfect to get your motor running again. Couch potatoes, active older adults & those with physical limitations, this is for you! This combination of seated & standing exercises will improve your strength, balance, coordination and of course burn those unwanted calories."
