Evening at the Adobe: On Thursday, November 21, 2013, 4:00 PM at The Adobe Cafe, 4550 Mitchell Street, Philadelphia, PA 19128 there will be a fundraiser for pancreatic cancer. THE ADOBE CAFE is hosting a fundraising event for the benefit of the PANCREATIC CANCER ACTION NETWORK and THE BUNNY HOPPERS.
An Amazing 25% of the Evening’s Food Profits will be donated to The Bunny Hoppers’ Fundraising Efforts!!
The Bunny Hoppers team was formed in memory of Bunny Rafter Carrigan who was diagnosed with Pancreatic Cancer on Ash Wednesday, 2007 and died on Good Friday, of that same year!This day in history: On Nov. 21, 1986, Iran-Contra Affair: National Security Council member Oliver North and his secretary start to shred documents allegedly implicating them in the sale of weapons to Iran and channeling the proceeds to help fund the Contra rebels in Nicaragua.
