Is Murphy the dog for you?

Allow us to introduce to you this handsome fella going by the name of Murphy.  He’s a young (1-2 yr old) pit bull terrier mix with a whole lot of love to give!  Murphy enjoys going for walks and is excellent walking with a harness as he barely pulls.

He’s a super friendly boy and loves to say hello to everyone that walks by (both canine and human).  Murphy knows his basic commands like “sit,” “down,” and is quickly learning more advanced commands such as “drop it,” “leave it,” “look,” and  and “find it.”  

Murphy loves treats which makes it really easy to teach him new things.  He will also take the treats from your hand very gently.  He loves a game of fetch with a tennis ball to burn off some energy.  

Murphy will gladly go over to you for some relaxing snuggle time on your lap if invited!  Murphy has done really well with car rides, outings to the park, and even seems to be housebroken.
