Neighborhood Preservation Main Topic for Civic
The Central Roxborough Civic Association is holding its monthly meeting Thursday.
The Central Roxborough Civic Association wants to save your neighborhood.
The neighborhood group's monthly meeting, which is at 7:30 p.m. Thursday at Leverington Presbyterian Church, will feature a guest presentation from Kris Soffa entitled "How to Save Your Neighborhood."
According to a release from the civic, Soffa is an environmental actives who will discuss "proactive approaches to organizing to preserve and protect our community from unwanted development."

"With strategy and focus stakeholders can shift outcomes in the neighborhoods they wish to preserve," the group stated in a release.
The group meets at 7:30 p.m. on Thursday, Feb 7.
