Okra and Watermelon Featured at the Gorgas Park Farmers Market
See what produce will be featured at the Gorgas Park Farmers Market Friday.
Every Friday there's a Farmers Market in Gorgas Park organized by the Roxborough Development Corporation.
The market runs from 2-6 p.m., and, as an added bonus, vendors accept debit and credit cards.
Here's the items that will be featured at this week's market:
- Tomatoes
- Eggplant
- Peppers...hots, green and fryers
- Peaches...yellow flesh and donut
- Red pears
- Blackberries
- White Sweet Corn
- Butternut squash
- Spaghetti squash
- Okra
- Watermelons early in the week but they will be few
