Philadelphia Water Department Finds Its 'Spokesdog'
On May 7, the Philadelphia Water Department crowned its "Spokesdog" for Manayunk and East Falls.
On Saturday afternoon, after a heated competition, the Philadelphia Water Department crowned its "Spokesdog" for Manayunk and East Falls. The Spokesdog will make community appearances to remind pet owners to clean up after their dogs.
Mayor Michael Nutter (D) and state Rep. Pam DeLissio (D-194) were in attendance. Patch was there too and captured it all.
