Two neighborhood groups will meet Wednesday night.
Both the Upper Roxborough Civic Association and the Wissahickon Interested Citizens Association will gather to discuss local issues Nov. 14.
Covering Wissahickon—bordered by Henry and Ridge Avenues, Wissahickon Park, and Hermit Street—WICA will start its meeting at 7 p.m. in the board room of Northern Children's Services, 5301 Ridge Ave.

WICA Vice President Chip Roller said the agenda includes:
- Update on the Bunting House, 5901 Ridge Ave.
- 102 Rochelle Ave. There is a Hearing scheduled for 11/27.
- The Northern Children's Services will make a presentation for a sign on Ridge Ave.
- Annoying, yet serious Code violations.
- Open agenda.
