Please join us for a wonderful evening, and get a peek into the imagined world of Sleight, an interdisciplinary art form that combines elements of dance, architecture, acrobatics, and spoken word.  Books are now available in the shop!

Bio:  Kirsten Kaschock is the author of Sleight, published by Coffee House Press, and of two books of poetry: A Beautiful Name for a Girl (Ahsahta Press) and Unfathoms (Slope Editions).  She has earned a Ph.D. in English from the University of Georgia and is currently a doctoral fellow in dance at Temple University.  Kirsten lives in Manayunk with her three sons, their father, and a small boxful of Needs.  She appreciates objects that are heavier than they look.
