Kicking off the inaugural , the Launch Party Sept. 23 will be at Mango Moon. On tap is a green carpet (featuring Nicole Miller runaway outfits), EcoChampion Awards presented to Mayor Michael Nutter and Councilman Curtis Jones, Jr., and speciality green drinks concocted by host Mango Moon and sponsor Mugshots Coffeehouse and Cafe. Live jazz, food, and schmoozing will lead in to the weekend festival.
