Santa Claus will make a return engagement at Canal View Park and greet boys and girls from atop his throne of ice, which will be carved that day by a master ice sculptor. The ice throne is a preview of the artistry that will be on display during the first annual "Manayunk On Ice" winter festival, Feb. 11-13, 2011 and presented by the Manayunk Development Corporation.
