Black Friday & Small Business Saturday Kick Off Holiday Season in Roxborough-Manayunk

Black Friday, and now Small Business Saturday, officially kick off the holiday season and there are a number of deals in Roxborough and Manayunk that don't require you to be in line at 3 a.m.
