Update: Who's Open Tuesday After Hurricane Sandy?

UPDATED: 6:05 p.m. Tuesday

Throughout Hurricane Sandy, Patch has updated what businesses have planned to do. We're working on the assumption, now, that most places will reopen Wednesday, if they haven't already. If you're open Tuesday and you're not included below, shoot an email over to Patch editor Sam Fran Scavuzzo at samfran@patch.com.

If you're power is out or you are closed for any reason, please let the community know.

The Attic Manayunk: We will open late today. Stop by anytime after 12:00.

Autumn Nails & Spa: Hurricane Sandy, thanks for sparing Manayunk and our salon from any flooding. We hope to re-open for business Wednesday.

Awakenings Pole Dance Fitness: Classes are officially canceled for the day due to power outages ladies :-(

The Bayou Bar & Grill: Power is back on and we are fully operational!

Bella Trattoria: Bella will be open shortly...yes i said it...we will be open shortly

Bernard Katz Glass: Hello All Friends around the East Coast Area, as we brace for the FrakenStorm in Philadelphia. Our Studio location will be closed until Weds. Please be safe!

Bikram Yoga Manayunk: Classes are canceled Tuesdat morning :( No 8am or 10am. We would like to hold the evening classes, though, so check back in and hope for the best :)

Blush Salon: Although Blush Salon is closed today, we do have a few openings left for Wednesday. Hurricane Sandy is gone, get out of the house and pamper yourself :)

Bob's Diner: We've made it through day 2! We're here Tuesday till 2:00pm serving breakfast only. Thanks and be safe out there!

Bourbon Blue: Thanks to all for the text messages and kind wishes for us. We are safe and sound, just waiting for the power to be turned back on so we can re-open!! More details to come later!!

Cactus Cantina: Open. Taco Tuesday in full effect.

Cadence Cycling and Multisport: Following the advice of the Mayor, we will be closed again today, October 30th.

Chabaa Thai Bistro: Due to the hurricane Sandy, we are closed Monday and Tuesday. Be safe everyone!

Crossroads Coffee House will be closed Monday and Tuesday. Will reopen Wednesday.

Dawson Street Pub: Open. Two Dollar Tuesday! Special $2 Menu and $2 Yuengling Pints and Light Lager Bottles. 7 to midnight every Tuesday night.

Derek's Restaurant: Business as usual — today at 4:00pm at Derek's Restaurant.

Fine Wine & Good Spirits: PA Wine & Spirits Stores will remain closed on Tuesday, Oct. 30, in an effort to assess any damage from Hurricane Sandy. Stores will reopen, as scheduled, on Wednesday, October 31.

Greene Street Consignment: Due to poor road conditions, power outages and other effects from Hurricane Sandy, our stores will be closed today, but we will be back to business Wednesday. Stay safe and dry everyone!

Henry James Saloon: Stop in the HJS today for a nice hot bowl of homemade wedding soup!! Hope everyone was safe, looks like Philly missed the brunt of Sandy !

Hidden River Yarns: All is safe and snug at Hidden River Yarns. We will be closed today as Septa is still down and I have no way to the store. See you all tomorrow!

Hotbox Yoga: We'll be having one class tonight with Maura at 6 p.m. See you there!

Human Zoom Bikes & Boards - Manayunk: Due to the power stations problems human zoom manayunk will be closed today. Hopefully power will be back to main st. soon.

Jake's & Cooper's Wine Bar: The storm won't stop us from serving you. The rainy weather complements our new Escargot with spinach and garlic cream.

Kildare's Irish Pub: We are open, come in have a pint and maybe a $6 burger.

LA Fitness: Website says the gym will reopen Tuesday at 5 a.m.

Latitudes and Longitudes: We will be closed again Tuesday. Stay safe everyone!

Laxmi's Indian Grille: We will be open Tuesday evening. Hope everyone made it through the storm ok!

The Little Apple: Penn & I have decided to stay off the roads today! The Little Apple will be OPEN tomorrow, Wednesday, and the rest of the week! We'll be thinking of all our New York & New Jersey friends! xoxo

Lucky's Last Chance: We've got power, We are above water, just tapped Allagash Curieux, Have $4 Scythe and Sickle Pints All Day, $6 Elliot Ryes 10-12, and are more than prepared to back hand mother nature again if she tries to fake the funk on another hurricane. Join us...or you're against us.

MainStreetMusicPA: We hope everyone made it through the storm safely! If you have a bit of cabin fever during your "Hurrication" come on down the hill and say hello! Lots of new music to keep you entertained for the duration!

Manayunk Sport and Social Club: All games indoor and outdoor are cancelled for Tuesday 10/30.

Manayunk Tavern: And we are OPEN!!! Stop by for some post-Sandy food, spirits, and good times!

Manayunk Tomato: The Couch Tomato Cafe' AND The Tomato Bistro will be OPEN for normal business hours, starting Wednesday 10/31, however will remain closed for dinner tonight (Tuesday, 10/30).

MeadowSweetVintage: Hello folks! Hope everybody made it through the storm safely...We will be closed today Tues the 30th for cleanup and will reopen tomorrow just in time for HALLOWEEN!!!

Merge Dance Studio will be OPEN for classes Tuesday night! Thankfully our power was restored quickly. We look forward to seeing you in class

nadeau - furniture with a soul: Due to hurricane Sandy our New York and Philadelphia stores are closed. We hope everyone in the area is safe and dry – we are thinking of you all!

Old Eagle Tavern: We were very lucky during this storm. Our thoughts & prayers are will those not so fortunate. We will open at normal hours today 4pm. As of now we do not have cable & some of our food deliveries are not coming today so we may run out of certain menu items. #OpenInPHL

Salon L'Etoile and Spa: For the safety of our clients and staff - we have decided that the salon will not be open on Tuesday either. While we all might go stir crazy inside, we feel that it is better for everyone. 

The Schuylkill Center for Environmental Education: Closed Monday and Tuesday. UPDATE: The wildlife clinic is OPEN for emergency patients, however they have no phone or internet service.

Society Hill Dance Academy - Manayunk: We are open! Come salsa with us tonight...

The Spiral Bookcase: We will be opening the store later today. Please note that we do expect some shipping delays for our special orders this week.

Sweet Elizabeth's Cakes: As of now, next week's hours will remain the same-closed on Monday and Tuesday. We will plan to open on Wednesday at 12pm with spooky cupcakes AND kick-off the week with election cupcakes!! Talley-ho!

Tag Denim: Fashionistas! We will be closed tomorrow/Tuesday as well. We hope everyone is safe and sound!!

T & F Farmer's Pride: A missed delivery will cause the deli to close Tuesday, store employees said Monday.

Great Life Chiropractic will be closed Monday. Dr. Ted Loos hopes to resume normal office hours on Tuesday 9-1 and 3-7.

Henry James Saloon: Closed at 6 p.m. Monday.

Human Zoom Bikes & Boards - Manayunk: Due to the danger presented by Hurricane Sandy, and for the safety of our customers and staff, Human Zoom Bikes & Boards Ardmore and Manayunk will be closed on Monday October 29th. Please check back for updates regarding Tuesday.

JD McGillicuddy's Manayunk: We are open!!! $2.50 miller lite bottles, $4 jack and cokes as $5 sandwiches with fries. You probably don't have work or school tomorrow so head in for a beer.

Kildare's Irish Pub: We will be closed for the day due to the hurricane! Stay safe!!!

Laxmi's Indian Grille: We will be closed tonight due to the storm. Everyone please stay safe.

Lucky's Last Chance: Today's special's are that WE ARE OPEN!!!!!! We don't want people traveling near and far getting here. Your safety is our first priority. However, we are here if you need us.
