The traffic on Ridge Avenue rarely moves fast enough to feel like a racetrack, but on Saturday, the track came to Roxborough.
Kicking off All Seasons Car Wash and Mobile 1 Lube Express's grand opening, the No. 14 Tony Stewart was on hand for customers and residents alike.
