See the latest rendering of what the proposed Wendy's would look like at the corner of Ridge and Roxborough Avenues.

In a recent e-mail to the Roxborough Development Corporation, Frank Giovannone released the most up-to-date site design for the proposed Wendy's at the corner of Roxborough and Ridge Avenues.

In the e-mail, Giovannone thanks the development corporation for working with the development team to come up with the new design.

Giovannone writes in an e-mail to RDC Executive Director Bernard Guet:
"Anthony and I just wanted to thank you again for facilitating another very productive meeting with the Roxborough Development Corporation last week.  We all truly believe that through working with you, Paula Brumbelow and her team at the City Planning Department and the RDC design team, a much better project has resulted."

Giovannone continues:
"the changes really make the site better looking, more pedestrian friendly and more appealing in the urban street context.  In addition, I think you will be ecstatic with the new sign design.  It looks fabulous!  The monument sign will fit in perfectly with the new design of the building and enhance the streetscapes at the corner of Ridge and Roxborough Avenues.  We are very thankful that Wendy’s has worked so diligently along with all of us to approve and implement the 15 design changes requested by the design committee."

Giovannone mentions 15 design changes that were suggested by the RDC.  Below are those suggested changes followed by a note as to whether or not those changes have been incorporated into the new design:
