Readers' Choice: Cupcakes

Which place offers your favorite cupcakes for the Roxborough-Manayunk area?

Sometimes you just want something light for dessert. A full piece of pie or cake is too much, and ice cream fails to satisfy that craving. Cupcakes fill the delicious happy medium.

For this week's Patch Readers' Choice poll, we want to know the best place to get a cupcake. We have loads of bakeries that feature the sweet treat from the Roxborough and Manayunk area in our poll.

Vote for one of these great places or tell us what we missed: ,  and .

Cast your ballot for your favorite before Friday at 9 a.m. This week's winner—and all winners—are determined by the following set of rules. We've implemented a point system in which the actual votes accounts for 50 percent of the decision. How highly each business or location is rated on its Patch Place listing accounts for the other half.

So vote for your favorite cupcakes but don't forget to click on the links above and rate each business. You can also leave a review. If there is a tie, we will help break it by counting the positive comments written below about the tied businesses, so let us know why you think your choice is best.

If you prefer to go outside of the Manayunk/Roxborough area, vote for the spots in neighboring Patches: ,  or .

Also, if we missed your favorite spot, let us know in the comment section below and we'll add it in.

I love the cupcakes at Cafe Roma. In fact everything else I've had there so far has been great too! I am going to have to try Sweet Elizabeth's cupcakes. They came in 2nd and that's pretty good considering they haven't been on Main Street that long.
