Chestnut 7, 8201 Germantown Ave., Chestnut Hill

Offering something for everyone, this new spot has some killer cheesesteak egg rolls and delicious bread pudding. Don’t be afraid to eat their pizzas with your hands, our reviewer wasn’t and enjoyed it that much more. Click for the review.

Janos Italian Pizza Kitchen, 31 Brookline Blvd., Havertown

The spinach calzone is massive and brimming with spinach, mozzarella and rich and creamy ricotta cheeses. The tub of warm sauce on the side was the cherry on top. The delicious crust has a nice crunch on the exterior and wonderfully doughy interior. Click for the review.

Take away service or a full service fish market are next door to each other at this neighborhood vendor. The broiled salmon was moist, delicious and came with a variety of sides. The New England clam chowder is no slouch either. Click for the review.

Daily fish specials, homemade pasta and pesto with your bread instead of butter, this restaurant has something for everyone. Don’t miss out on the spicy mussels. Click for the review.

If you’re a fan of dogs, you’ll love the décor of this canine-themed spot. While the food isn’t “anything to write home about”, the house salad and crab cakes are tasty and hit the spot. Click for the review.

Some of the best quality prime beef around is served up at this old school steakhouse. The forks are chilled and the steaks are sizzling hot. Just beware of sticker shock. Click for the review.
