Restaurant Roundup: Zesty's to Winberie Restaurant and Bar

Patch reviews Zesty's, Sweetgreen, Bryn Mawr Pizza, Cosmic Catering, Primo Hoagies, Kim's Trio Delight Café, Five Guys Famous Burgers and Fries, Lancaster County Farmers' Market and Weinberie Restaurant and Bar.

Looking for a good restaurant to go to this weekend?

Roxborough-Manayunk Patch brought you the details of  Thursday. Flavorful food that lives up to the name of the restaurant, the fare here includes Greek and Italian specialties cooked with plenty of lemon, garlic, herbs and seasoning. Try the wonderful tzatziki or hummus to start and pick your favorite protein for an entrée-- whether it’s Greco or Roman style, it’ll pack a punch. Click  for the review.

Locavore cuisine at an affordable price is what is offered at this decidedly unique chain eatery. Go with one of their signature salads or wraps or create your own. Whatever you decide, it’ll be guilt-free. Click  for the review.

Greek style pizzas with crisp golden crusts and hearty cheese steaks are the main draws here although the strombolis and heart healthy chicken steaks are note worthy as well. Channel your inner Popeye and order a chicken cheese steak with spinach. Click  for the review.

Cosmic Catering, Lloyd Hall, 1 Boathouse Row, Fairmount Park

The chef/owner has food memories that go back to when she was 3 years old. She has spent the past few decades cooking and eating and advises home cooks to learn to cook with what’s available in their own kitchens rather than be a slave to recipe ingredient lists. Click  for the Meet the Chef.

You can have your own Man v. Food moment when you order a “whole” bada bing sandwich or you can feed an entire kid’s birthday party instead. For smaller appetites, “small” hoagies in every combination under the sun get the job done. The Sulmona hoagie with Genoa salami and fresh mozzarella is well worth the trip. Kim’s Trio Delight Café, 6709 Germantown Ave., Mt. Airy

Breakfast any time of day is one of the greatest innovations of all time (in my book). Fair prices, friendly service and a delicious waffle round out the list of things I enjoy about this neighborhood spot. Click  for the review.

Can a bacon cheeseburger be so good that one doesn’t notice the tremors of an earthquake while eating one? My brother thinks so. The freshly cut French fries are also worthy of all your attention. Click  for the review.

One stop shop for fresh produce, farm fresh eggs, steaks, chicken, delicious Italian goods and freshly baked rolls. This market is ideal for those that love to cook and those that love when others cook for them. Click  for the review.

Twenty dollars will get you unlimited trips to the extensive brunch buffet and a mimosa or bloody Mary to start. Try the Belgian waffles, the eggs Benedict or the omelets. Click  for the review.
