, one of Ridge Avenue's bars targeted toward a younger crowd, has been closed for several weeks now in what sources say involves an ownership dispute.

The Parker Pub's phone line is disconnected. At the scene, one white, handwritten "Closed" sign is the only indication that something is amiss. The interior remains the same.

On Yelp, user Maggie M. posted: "Temporarily closed. Back-stage owners are fighting with the managing-owner and decided the best way to resolve things was to shut the bar down... We want crab and wing nights back."

According to the city's Office of Property Assessment, Ivy Ridge Associates owns the building. The group's listed address is owned by Kershaw & Esposito Real Estate and Property Management.

One unnamed source familiar with the situation said co-owner Pat Busk was in a disagreement with the real estate company. A message left to Mike Kershaw, of the property management firm, was not immediately returned.
