The results are in and was named Roxborough-Manayunk's best bakery by Patch readers in last week's Best of Patch poll.
The Ridge Avenue establishment received
According to a review on Yelp.com, "the danishes [at Cafe Roma] are magnificent...their doughnuts are gigantic and melt-in-your-mouth delicious. Cakes are made to order and they always have delicious fruit desserts."
