"Joe loves the precision of hair cutting the most and I love coloring," Nancy Barr, co-owner of the salon said in an earlier interview. "We thought this would be a great team to start and we have been blessed with wonderful employees, friends, clients and family throughout the years. Our staff is young and really excited about the beauty industry and learning and educating themselves with the latest cuts, styles, trends and techniques."
