The Results Are In: Our Readers Favorite Pizza Place

The results are in and is the preferred pizza shop of readers who voted in last week's poll that asked them to choose their favorite local pizza shop. 

Below are some reviews written about the winning pizza place on Yelp.com: 

• "This is the kind of neighborhood pizza place I've been looking for since moving to Roxborough. Chewy and moderately thin crust tasted great with both a white pizza and regular one."

• "I would give this place five-stars based on the pizza alone. The pizza is so fresh and gooey and great that it ranks up there with the best."

• "This pizza is absolutely delicious. I am so glad I live right around the corner. The crust, the sauce, the cheese...all mouth-watering."

The Ridge Avenue establishment received 32 percent of the votes.
