Two Manayunk Businesses Nominated for Philly's Best
Whirled Peace and The Wall Cycling Studio have been nominated for Philadelphia Magazine's Best of Philadelphia awards.
Two Manayunk businesses have been nominated for a Philadelphia Magazine Best of Philly award.
The two businesses nominated are Whirled Peace for frozen yogurt spot, and The Wall Cycling Studio for best spinning studio.
"I just think it's a great honor for small businesses in our tight-knit community of Manayunk (and the surrounding areas) to be known enough throughout the Philadelphia region that we would be nominated for something like this," said Julie Sabella who owns The Wall Cycling.

Sabella added, "The Wall, like most small businesses, doen't have the endless funds to put into our places that some 'power houses' have. We have our personal drive, dedication to our clients and customers and passion. All of that makes us our own special kind of 'power house' that money can't buy."
