What's Going on at Ridge and Lyceum?

Readers have been e-mailing me the last few weeks asking what will be going in to the newly refurbished building at the corner of Ridge and Lyceum Avenues.

So, I sent an e-mail to the property owner and manager Andrew Langsam, and here's what he sent back:

"Thank you for your interest in the new Roxborough Town Center Building.  We do not have tenants firmed up for the first floor space yet, but that is in the processes.  The second floor is occupied by my company Dynamic Advertising Solutions, Inc.  We our a nationally recognized branding company which specializes in Screen Printing, embroidery, large format printing, offset printing, promotional products and graphic design.  We have our head quarters in Arlington VA and independent contractors all over the country. 

The RTC Building also has a conference center in the lower level which will be made available to the community on an as requested basis.  I hope this sheds a little light on this project."
