The Elkins Park Satellite of CHADD is pleased to announce a special presentation by Diane Perry, Southeast Regional Coordinator for the Special Kids Network:"Tools For Success InTransitioning From High School"
Youth transitioning out of high school into employment,college, or post-secondary education need tools to manage and succeed in thiscritical phase of their lives.
Diane will discuss the many local and statewide resources available to assist families and youth navigate the transition process, beginning with appropriate goals on their IEP, and including managing their specific healthcare needs.
