Goals Fit Indoor Quick FIx Boot Camp

A five week program designed to get you firm and fit. Class will burn calaroies and increase strength and endurance. Class will be January 2nd- to Feb 1 and is every M, W, F at 6 - 7 am.  Class will be broken up into three groups, Beginner, Intermediate, And Advanced so all are welcome.
