Planning Workshop for the Ivy Ridge Trail

Please come and join the Schuylkill Project and its consultant team for the first of three public workshops for the Ivy Ridge Trail. The proposed trail will begin at the end of the Manayunk Bridge at Dupont and High streets and follow the unused Ivy Ridge rail right of way on bridges across Leverington Avenue and the Fountain Street steps to the Ivy Ridge regional rail station.

Team members will make a brief presentation at 7:00 to outline the area of the proposed trail and to discuss opportunities and constraints. The bulk of the meeting will be focused on obtaining input from the public on their vision for the trail. Maps and aerial views of the area will be available for attendees to review.  The planning process for this trail is just beginning, so it is critical for residents to participate, ensuring the trail planning and design process takes their opinions into account.
