Spirit & Fitness Exercise Training


"Good for the Body & Soul"


It doesn't matter what level of fitness you are, each session will be designed for men & women and youth ages 16 (with parent permission) and up, at all fitness levels.

Instructor Debbie Steed is certified by AAAI/ISMA.


Classes are free and there is no registration fee.  Donations are accepted and will be used towards equipment for future programs.

Registration for class begins at 6:30pm and program starts at 6:45pm.  Classes will continue every Tuesday & Wednesday through June 5th.  New sessions will be scheduled after that date.


You are welcome to come to one or both of our programs on Tuesday (cardio & Kickboxing) & Wednesday (toning with light weights & bands) at 6:45pm.


Come and join us for "Fitness" Training and an up-lifting Devotion for the "Spirit" at each session.
