Roxborough Memorial Hospital Offers Tobacco Cessation Program

Led by Faith Simmons from the Philadelphia Healthcare Federation, Roxborough Memorial Hospital is offering free tobacco/smoking cessation programs to the community.  Beginning Tuesday, July 30, 2013 from 6 pm to 8 pm and running for four consecutive weeks, the program will cover such topics as  nicotine's effect on the brain, proper use of nicotine replacement therapies, strategies for breaking the habit and techniques for managing stress reduction.
