Community Update

I was a client with Foyle and Foyle for six years, never late one time on my rent. I put my own money into improving the rental space that we had. When we decided to move, we cleaned the place to a point that it was better than when we found it. we hired a shredding company to remove all old items and myself and our staff revisted the place to remove anything that the shredding comapnt left behind. During my stay, there were several porblems with insects, rodents, dead animal smell, and finally a breaking of a soil pipe that took over two weeks to repair. The smell was so bad I had to close my office for 4 business days. Not once did I complain to Foyle and Foyle, not once did we ask for money back because of the money I lost as a result of my office being closed. When we moved, I was not given my full security deposit. I was clipped for clean up expenses that are inaccurate.

Bottom line is this, the people at Foyle and Foyle are not friendly, they respond with slowness and disdain when a request comes in to take care of a problem. I will never rent a unit from any of their clients again. I have documentation to back up what I am saying, do you self a favor and run for the hills if looking to do business with these people.
