2014 Tartan Day Parade.
Would Roxborough be interested in a Tartan Day Parade and Festival in 2014? That's what we want to know. Give us some feedback!
National Tartan Day (April 6th) is an annual celebration of Scottish Heritage and of the strong cultural ties between Scotland and the United States that have been maintained for generations by millions of men and women who have been of Scottish descent. Today; their children and grandchildren continue the traditions passed down to them from their proud Scottish ancestors, and continue to celebrate and bring to light the outstanding achievements and contributions made by Scots and Scottish-Americans to the United States and to the rest of the world.
Follow this link to a Change.org Petition/Poll explaining things further and sign it if you might be interested. This whole thing is just to determine if there would be any significant interest in such an event, so please leave some feedback! No interest, no event. Simple as that!
