There are so many questions that I'm asked on a daily basis. Buyers want to know about the process of buying a home, what obstacles they may encounter, where to buy, how to get a good deal, and how much money they'll need for their down payment and closing costs. Sellers ask about real estate activity in the area, what they can do to prepare their home for sale, how to best market their home, and what to do if their home hasn't sold. I also get questions from people who have no intention of buying or selling a home anytime soon but are just curious about the market and real estate in general.
