DA Seth Williams Says Roxborough Corvette is Best

Removed from the turmoil of being a district attorney for a major U.S. city, Seth Williams joined in on the community fun at the 10th-annual Rock'n the Ridge Car Show and May Fair Saturday at in Roxborough.

Before presenting a trophy for "DA's Choice" at the classic car show put on by the Roxborough Ridge Runners, Williams talked about how refreshing an event like Saturday is.

"Who hears loves Philadelphia? I love Philadelphia," Williams said. "I have a beeper that goes off every time someone is shot, murdered, raped. This event represents the best of Philadelphia."

Williams awarded Roxborough resident Jim Freel with his choice of favorite car. Freel recently rebuilt a 1964 Corvette, which he originally purchased in 1970 after returning home from the U.S. Air Force.
