Viva las North Light - Casino Night

• When: Friday, Sept. 21 at 7 p.m.
• Where:Manayunk Brewery
• Why Go: Come support the North Light Community Center at this fun fundraiser.  The River Club at the Brewery will be transformed into Las Vegas.  There will be black jack, roulette, and a money wheel.  Happy hour priced drinks all night and hors d'oeuvres.  Instead of winning money, you will win chips and be able to use them to purchase raffle tickets.  Fun night, great cause!
• Cost: Tickets are $40 in advance, $50 at the door.  Ticket includes 50 chips to get you started.

Back 2 School Community Block Party

• When: Saturday, Sept. 22 at 10 a.m.
• Where: Gorgas Park
• Why Go: Lots of fun activities will be available for families at the block party, including food, face painting, balloon animals, inflatables, games for kids ages 3-10 and a picture with a superhero or princess!
• Cost:  Free - but asking for donations of school supplies for local families in need.
