Old School Trail Run
- When: Saturday, Oct 6 from 8:30 a.m. - 10:30 a.m.
- Where: Forbidden Drive at Northwestern Avenue
- Why Go: Come out and raise some money for the Challenged Athletes Foundation. CAF provides opportunities and support to people with physical disabilities so they can pursue active lifestyles through physical fitness and competitive athletics. Each registrant receives a North Face Bag, North Face Water bottle, T Shirt, refreshments, water stations, prizes, etc.
- Cost: Day of Registration: 1 mile walk -$25; 5K - $37

- When: Sunday, Oct 7, 11 a.m. - 4 p.m.
- Where: Gorgas Park
- Why Go: Bring the family out for a day of fall festivities. There will be food, games, pig roast, crafters, rides, caramel apples, scarecrow making, petting zoo, pumpkin decorating, live music and more.
- Cost: Free
- When: Friday, Oct 5 from 5 - 9 p.m.
- Where: Participating Merchants on Main Street and Side Streets from Shurs Lane to Green Lane
- Why Go: Enjoy a special evening in Manayunk. Browse the art galleries, shop and have dinner. Different events are held in the stores and galleries. For up to the minute information, please visit their Facebook page.

- Where: Grumblethorpe
- Why Go: After the Battle of Germantown, head over to Grumblethorpe for music, food, beer, cider, homemade ice cream and more! There will be historic house tours and children's games and activities.
