These nuisance bars' days are numbered in Roxborough: A source very close to Councilman Jones' has revealed that both Deleos and Pecks are currently under investigation by the PLCB, L&I and the dept of health for safety violations and tax fraud. Also, these "businesses" and at least a dozen of their patrons are currently the targets of ongoing PPD narcotics and DEA operations.
