Wendys is back...

So we received our Wendys prapaganda in the mail today. Looks like it's a collborative effort between Wendy's and 5901 Ridge LLC (which is the Giovannis). I guess they never intented to work with the neighborhood on something different. If you have to sell this thing with pop-out words such as, "Fireplace", Handicapped Accessible, Tax Revenue(what?), and Charging Stations," then you must be hard up. With the way the neighborhoo is going this this is just gonna be a hangout. It will turn into a mess, people will stop going, and then it will close. I can't wait to see the wonderful people this would bring to the neighborhood.
